B&B Tool customers receive full in-house services from concept to completion that encompasses designing, building, and sampling of plastic and die cast molds with complete CMM validating of the end product. B&B Tool also features a complete production and assembly facility if needed by our customers.

We currently repair dies for companies within a 500-mile radius of our central location. With our transportation and delivery fleet, B&B Tool has the capability to travel to your facility and back.

Repair/ rebuilding services for die cast dies and injection molds. B&B has a fleet of trucks to pick-up your die and deliver it back to you in a timely manner. B&B works from 3D Databases or tooling prints to make repairs. In-house spotting presses and sampling presses allow us the capability to make sure your mold/die is correct before we send it back you. Using our sampling capabilities we can troubleshoot poor performing parts and make recommendations of needed engineering changes to make the part meet your expectations.

Inspection		This final full-service capability eliminates the need for time-consuming back and forth checking between plants. When the mold leaves our shop, it is ready for production. B&B Tool provides in-house part inspection services for outside vendors on a contract basis. Through the use of PC-DMIS sofware, we have the ability to inspect customer supplied part databases, with complex contoured surfaces or we can use your blueprints to inspect with. We provide a full service inspection that includes capabilities studies, gage R&R's and 100% part inspection.
