B&B Tool has been engineering and manufacturing plastic molds and die cast dies for over forty years. Through the use of our own molding facilities we have developed experience in maintainability and reliability of molds and dies. We engineer, manufacture, sample and CMM validate in-house. You are assured our mold/die is ready for production when it arrives at your facility.

B&B Tool and Die Company, Inc. has been designing and building die cast dies. Through the years we have developed a vast amount of knowledge of dies and die building just like our plastics division. We prefer to carry a project from concept to completion including the design, manufacture and sampling process of a program. When you receive a die from B&B Tool you can be assured it has been through many quality checks and is ready for production at your facility. For your reference, you will receive a full set of die drawings including a core book along with all of the 3D models of the die steel.

Inspection		This final full-service capability eliminates the need for time-consuming back and forth checking between plants. When the mold leaves our shop, it is ready for production. B&B Tool provides in-house part inspection services for outside vendors on a contract basis. Through the use of PC-DMIS sofware, we have the ability to inspect customer supplied part databases, with complex contoured surfaces or we can use your blueprints to inspect with. We provide a full service inspection that includes capabilities studies, gage R&R's and 100% part inspection.
